ARRIVAL

Although we could have taken the bus, we arrived at Nosara by air, having hired a plane and pilot in San José. There were five of us, so the fourty-five minute flight cost us only about seventy dollars each. We splurged. After all, we were on vacation. We pampered ourselves. Nosara International airport, pictured here, has shuttle service service of sorts. We were met by a friendly driver, who took us to John Fraser's resort, Hotel Playa de Nosara about three or four km. away. John had arranged for our transportation.
